2019 was another productive year for custom fabrication at JCDP. Here are some of our favorites, from building children’s libraries and major retail store displays, to underground interactive experiences and immersive theatrical adventures. JCDP combined their creative talents to bring your visions to life. We do not joke when we say “We build everything!”
This custom built, underwater adventure was put together for Sony Square NYC. We fabricated all of the decor, soft “pebble” seating areas and housing for all of the interactive screens being featured.
Kinder Bueno’s chocolate bar launch was a sprawling brand experience. JCDP combined their creative talents with the Kinder Bueno Team and Alcone Marketing Group to create a multi-sensory journey that allowed guests to explore every element of the bueno bar! Opening with entry into a secret 40’ slide, guests were deposited into an underground world where they could progress through Chocolate, Wafer and Hazelnut Cream rooms to sample flavors, scents and textures. The event capped off with a giftbox giveaway and a photo-op amidst a giant pile of Kinder Bueno.
As part of Cheetos’ “HOUSE OF FLAMIN' HAUTE” popup, JCDP constructed the final applique, electrical work, and custom manicure cam, as well as a three dimensional model of the Cheetos brand name.
Walkman celebrated its 40th Anniversary at Sony Square NYC and JCDP was a part of the history. We fabricated the wall displaying Walkmans throughout history, electric mirror album displays for current artists under Sony Music Entertainment, as well as vinyl wall display and mirror podiums.
John Creech Design Production partnered up with AgencyEA to build this custom made event display for Hilton Hotel.
Sony Square NYC wanted to bring their guests into their favorite Elvis, LSD, Future and H.E.R album covers and that is exactly what we did. Each custom made vignette incorporated interactive visual and sound elements.
JCDP collaborated with Janice Davis in bringing this children’s library to life. Constructing a tree trunk reading bench, private reading house, and giving flat surfaces like the walls, book cases, and the librarian desk a three dimensional pop with wooden forest decals.
As part of Kip’s Island NYC Times Square, JCDP fabricated this custom carpentry design ship for their children’s interactive experience.
